Telemedicine Terms and Conditions

I am the proud Founder, Owner, Chief Executive Officer and Chief Medical Officer of Manzo Medical Group, Incorporated. Below you will find the details of my services:

  1. I am happy to provide my professional medical advice via a telephone conversation, a text conversation, an email, a video telephone conversation, or an online chat or video conversation to you and/or your family member. I have the following communication services available

    1. Simple cell phone calls
    2. Text messaging via SMS
    3. WhatsApp
    4. Facebook messenger
    5. Video cell phone calls
    6. Video WhatsApp calls
    7. Video Facebook messenger calls
    8. Email messages
    9. Instagram messaging
    10. Google chat
    11. Google Video Chat
    12. For your privacy, my cell and/or messaging app record of conversations/consults will be deleted immediately after finishing your consultation, but I will document our interaction as a physician's note and keep it securely saved for my records in compliance with HIPAA laws.

  2. You are free to either keep or delete the record of our messaging consultations on your device (with the knowledge that you assume ALL responsibility for keeping your information private and that you assume ALL the risk of that information becoming public if you do not immediately discard/delete it

  3. I will send you a record of your consultation with my formal professional recommendations via email or text.

  4. I will also include an invoice for your visit

  5. You will then inform me or my staff your preferred appointment time. Once confirmed, the last step will be payment processing. Once payment is received your consultation will be confirmed as scheduled.

  6. I will NOT charge for my time for text messages required BEFORE my formal consultation begins. In other words, text messages to COMMUNICATE and to request my services will NOT be included in my billed time.

  7. Once we agree on a time for the consult I will then send you an email and text message so you can consent to the private, HIPAA/Privacy Laws-compliant consultation

      1. immediate if I am immediately available
      2. 6-48 hours if I am unable to answer right away
    2. Text Message: 1-6 hours
    3. WhatsApp: 1-6 hours
    4. Facebook messenger: 2-24 hours
    5. Instagram messenger: 1-12 hours
    6. Emails: 1-2 days
    7. If I do not respond within the allotted times above, please call again or send me another message.
